Funding of Government Jobs Within ESAAM and other Monarchies | Dissolution of Access to Government Salaries. from Privy Purse
It is declared and ordered today April 14, 2026 that all titles within the Federal government, State Government and royal governments that are royal below those accepted by the Sovereign Empress Emmy Chief of the United States, Senator of Georgia, NY, CA et al are dissolved in the clarification of titles.
All other government titles below her accepted titles within the government are federal or state jobs and must be paid from income taxes at the federal and state level. Only Civil List employees and the Sovereign Empress Emmy are paid from the Private Privy purse. Attachment A of the Decree of April 12, 2026 is the current list for 2026.
All government positions/job/formerly titled position within the governments must have a proper job description, position name, and be funded by income taxes from the country or origin.
All royal titles attached to positions other than those accepted by the Sovereign Empress from her inheritance and through war are dissolved within the governments in the process of clarification.
If you have a titled job paid from the privy purse please present your credentials at the Hart building for the process of clarification of your position, your relationship to the new monarchy structures of SAM, ESAAM and the remaining pure monarchies to be named in the clarification.
Because of attacks on princesses and the stealing of titles between 1957 to 2024, no other royal titles are in place at this time. No royal titles may be sold.
All employees within each government are required to be reclassified by the Ministries of HR within their government and all governments are required to audit the positions they are reclassifying to ensure that government incomes from income tax is being used appropriately and the positions and the employees are in the correct departments.
Government agencies may send a list of employees to be funded by the Monarchy for their roles in managing real property and assets belonging to the Monarchy. A detailed presentation must be provided for each position and the assets managed.
The Monarchy manages its properties and the governments of each nation assists in managing property and assets owned by the Monarchy of the Sovereign Empress Emmy. The Monarchy property Capital is currently in Atlanta, Georgia, USA and moves with the Sovereign Empress Emmy as she works on the clarification of titles and the renovation of her families lands and assets.
Treasuries. All salaries of all Treasury positions are audited by royal accountants and by the Department of Justice to maintain transparency of funds and assets. Funding of Treasury employees focused is through Internal Revenue Funds and External Revenue Funds. Treasury employees working with the Private Privy purse are funded through the Private Privy purse of the Sovereign Empress.
The Justice department is funded by taxpayer income tax and any royal titles at the Justice department of each country are taken down in the clarification of titles and dissolved. New titles may be granted in the clarification of titles. All justice department employees at the State and Federal level are classified as government employees.
Intelligence Agencies - Any royal titles in any intelligence agency on the globe, in the air in space and on the ocean and the air are taken down and dissolved. The clarification of titles requires all persons with a title to be an employee of a government.
The Monarchy of SAM and the Monarchy of ESAAM have intelligence agencies. MI5 in ESAAM focused on gathering intelligence within the country and the Monarchy Intelligence attached to White Castle in the United States which focuses on intelligence within the United States of America.
All funding for the Monarchy Intelligence in the United States are from funds located in the White Castle Trust. All Funds from MI5 are from the Monarchy Purse in Treasury E. All Employees in both Intelligence agencies must follow the laws in the country in which they reside and must have liability insurance, architects and designers for any work they are pursuing. There are no royal titles attached to any position in both agencies.
The Central Intelligence agency of the United States is a US intelligence agency gathering intelligence overseas. all royal titles associated to the CIA are taken down and dissolved in the clarification of titles. All employees within the agency must have liability insurance and work with a team similar to Monarchy intelligence attached to White Castle.
Protection and Funding of Protection for Judges. Justice department employees with the position of judge shall be provided with protection that is paid through the private privy purse. This protection is to ensure that justice continues to work within all governments from the State level to the Sovereign Court Level.
A Monarchy Court system exists and is structured like the EU court above the Federal and State Court Systems. The Monarchy Court is funded by the Monarchy and judges are chosen by the Sovereign Empress Emmy. Protection for the court is provided by the Monarchy Royal Guards and is funded from the Private Purse of the Sovereign Empress Emmy. No tax money is used to fund the Monarchy Courts.
FBI and police departments of each Monarchy government position titles that are royal are taken down and dissolved and replaced by non royal position titles. All positions are State or federal positions without royal titles from any monarchy. The police positions are funded exclusively by government taxpayer income tax. To keep the roles transparent, no other funds are available to the police and no grants are allowed. Salaries are to be reviewed to remove the need for part time employment by Police Officers outside of the their police work and the salaries adjusted immediately upon this order. All police departments may receive funds for extra protection details that are requested by the public. A list of extra protection options is available and audited by the justice department.
All Defense departments royal titles are dissolved and all positions are paid through government taxpayer income tax. No funds of the Monarchy or monarchy assets may be used without the consent of the sovereign Empress's Emmy. A War chest has been set aside for each country from the assets held in that Monarchy and the Monarchy will continue to maintain their War Chests. No employees are paid from the War Chests of the Monarchies and the war Chests are not available for daily expenses incurred by the defense departments.
All Titles within the military are federal employee titles with no association to royalty or royal titles. All royal titles within the military of all monarchies managed by the governments are dissolved and replaced by non royal titles determined by the Defense department of each Monarchy and Government.
Each Monarchy military is authorized to review their employees and their positions within the military. Each Monarchy may set aside employees to join the Monarchy Royal Guards which assist in the protection of Judges, the Sovereign Empress, her guardian children, family members and members of the civil list, her assets, the armories, military installations on royal property owned by her family.
Because of the situation which Queen Elizabeth faced in the UK, the Royal Guards are not under the management of the Defense Departments but work in cooperation with them. No income tax monies are used for payment of the Royal Guards, their salaries are from the Private purse of the nation in which they are employed.
