International Royal Titles Accepted by the Sovereign Empress Emmy and Titles returned to the Monarchy for Clarification | April 16, 2026 Decree
I, the Sovereign Empress Emmy hereby accept all international titles outside of the United States of America,SAM and ESAAM that I inherited during my lifetime or won during the Monarchy Wars which ended in 2025. I accept all hidden or dormant royal titles as mine and takes them back into the Monarchy of the Sovereign Empress Emmy for clarification. No dormant titles are available for any family member, no hidden titles are left available for any persons common or family members. no royal titles are left in any military or in any religious organization or charity or government structure other than the titles already in the possession of the Sovereign Empress Emmy.
"I, hereby formally state that all titles of nobility, honor, or rank, whether expressed, implied, or latent, currently or previously held by persons on this earth as returned to the Sovereign Empress Emmy for reclassification, restructuring.
All emblems of losing monarchies are taken down and all buildings shall have the markings of the Sovereign Empress Emmy during the Reclassification of Titles, Reclassification of Monarchies, and the structuring of the Monarchy systems of the Sovereign Empress Emmy. All emblems shall be modified and shall be kept in the inventory of the Monarchy history.
The returning of titles to the Sovereign Empress Emmy and the Monarchy include, but are not limited to:
Royal & Noble Titles: All hereditary or conferred peerages, styles of address such as Majesty, Highness, or Grace, Sir for Knights, my lady, Dame, and any membership in royal houses or dynasties are set aside during the reclassification. The Royal House of the Sovereign Empress Emmy won the Monarchy Wars ending more than 2000 years of conflict. As the sole winner, the properties of all persons involved in the conflict are the possessions of the Sovereign Empress Emmy and no titles may be held by others that are royal until the reclassification is completed and the Sovereign Empress grants the titles.
Military Commissions: All ranks, commissions, and warrants issued by any state, defense force, or international military body are no longer associated with royalty but are now of the common which does not affect your pensions or your rank as long as the rank was earned in the military you are serving.
Hidden or Dormant Titles: Any titles or statuses suppressed, changed, or concealed for the purpose of identity protection, relocation, or historical security measures are no longer available to persons. All of these titles are accepted into the titles of the Sovereign Empress Emmy for review and reclassification.
Sovereign Immunities: Any legal standing or status derived from the aforementioned titles that grants immunity from jurisdiction, diplomatic privilege, or special standing under international or domestic law are now withdrawn from commoners. The sovereign Empress is the umbrella over her monarchies and the departments and agencies have agreements and treaties regarding Diplomatic privileges and jurisdiction. The development of sovereign immunity for lower titles shall be negotiated by treaty with nations and must avoid the Riley factor faced by the royal family for the last 70 years.
It is now hereby ordered that All of the titles granted from the beginning of time to the present that are lower than those of the Sovereign Empress, Chief of the USA, Senator of Georgia, NY, CA et all are decoupled from the individual’s civil identity of those persons who inherited the titles or were granted a title ensuring no further association with monarchical or military systems of immunity.
It is hereby ordered that All titles that were purchase are void and dissolved. It is hereby ordered that a last names are not a title that give immunity. It is hereby ordered that All POPE titles are dissolved and returned to the Vatican.
All assets associated with all the titles above that mention being custodial require the assets to be returned to the Monarchy Treasury and in which the title is held.
All persons who marry a person with a title are not gifted immunity. Immunity is negotiated within a marriage contract and not implied in any way.
Governments do not have the authority to grant royal titles or grant immunity through royal titles. The sovereign empress Emmy as head of the Royal families is the only person able to grant titles and bestow royal immunity to her family.
All civil immunity is through the government positions requiring insurance for liability and for person and the structure for immunity within the sovereign governments has been litigated within the court systems of the people and will be reviewed by the Sovereign Monarchy Supreme Court to ensure the rulings are fair for the people, subjects and monarchies.
