On April 21, 2026 It is Hereby Ordered and Decreed:

The trials of Reconciliation shall begin for all Monarchies.

All incomes to treasonors are stopped.  All assets of treasonors are confiscated.  All assets of those who hurt the Sovereign Empress since 2018 shall have their assets frozen and held for the trials.   All assets of past aristocracy are returned to the Treasury as they belong to the Monarchy of ESAAM not individual lower titled individuals.  All their incomes from the Monarchies are dissolved.  

The original aristocrats died.  The placeholder retired Intelligence have no rights to their jobs, their assets or their income or inheritance.  The actors who were not hired have no rights to assets, jobs, income, inheritance and no incomes are available for volunteer acting that was not sanctioned by the Sovereign Empress Emmy.  There are no placeholders for the royal family members that died.  No placeholders for the aristocracy that died.

It is hereby Decreed and Ordered that all military equipment that is owned by the Sovereign Empress Emmy shall be placed in the Royal Armories of the Monarchy where they are located.

All Military pay to prisoners is stopped. All military pay to treasoners is stopped.  All Persons who hurt the sovereign empress between 2018 to the present may not receive an income from the Monarchies and their pay is halted immediately.

Salaries for the Commonwealth Soldiers and National Guard of ESAAM are approved and pay for extra hours that may be incurred.  All military is White Fight Club and shall be located within the Navy Structure for ESAAM an Island Monarchy.   The Commonwealth forces may review all areas of the military and take down what does not fit in the structure of an Island Monarchy Defense.

All Salaries from Home Office are dissolved immediately and All personnel must go to the Ministry of HR and have their role reassigned to a new department or find new employment outside of Home Office. With their new salaries beginning upon reassignment.   During the interim, they are considered interim temp with zero hours and may be deported if they have hurt the Sovereign Empress Emmy.

Home Office is now dissolved and the new office entitled Monarchy Department of Defense and Civil Protection and Professional Sports is created.  The offices formerly used by Home Office and the Ministries associated with Defense are now under the control of the Commonwealth for restructuring to be in allegiance with the White Fight Club - NAVY.    A new building shall be built for home office where a Palace was located that is appropriate for defense and, civil protection and professional sports.
