Order: The Sovereign Empress Emmy Owns Herself | It is illegal to Human Traffic and sell Humans including the Sovereign Empress Emmy

 

It is hereby Decreed, Declared, Affirmed and Ordered that the Sovereign Empress Emmy, Emmy Ann Horstkamp, is declared a living Goddess and Goddess and God for TRUST for archaic reasons including accessing trust funds.  The Sovereign Empress Emmy is a human, an archangel and a Roman Catholic. The Sovereign Empress Emmy has all the rights of a human being including the right to retrieve wartime trusts with names that do not make sense to the public such as DEVIL and LUCIFER, trust funds set up for Deutsch persons during the war and Liasons.  

 All Royal Trust Funds and Accounts from the war of 2000 years are now within the assets of the Sovereign Empress Emmy. Persons who are using a trust fund, please contact the Treasury to verify your identity as a beneficiary of an account.

It is hereby Decreed that the Sovereign Empress Emmy was evaluated and found SANE by medical personnel in a hospital setting, independent from the Monarchies in the City of London and has full capacity to manage her assets and her work as Sovereign Empress Emmy and that she is a psychic and can hear sound certain level of electric sound waves.

It is hereby Decreed that the Sovereign Empress Emmy "Purchased" herself back from the intelligence agencies that illegally purchased her for England and those funds are in the Treasury of ESAAM as MY VALUE to be held for five hundred years.

It is ordered That court cases be filed against those agencies who sold her to the English and that selling her private video feeds and access to her digital accounts is illegal in all countries, in space, on the seas and under the seas and in the air.    

The sovereign empress agreed to have a public space with a public feed for hackers and dinners but this was not set in place because of the Monarchy Wars.  All Access to feeds outside of surveillance for her security are not allowed.

Emmy Ann Horstkamp was Queen of England at the time of the sale and it goes against her monarchies for the Monarchy government to purchase her as an asset. The idea of purchasing a royal as an asset is not legal as royals with royal bloodlines are humans, not pieces of property or immunity partners.

Purchasing access into the royal digital feeds or into any information of the royals without consent of the royals is illegal.  At this time, the sovereign empress has given zero permission for persons outside of security to have access to her surveillance feeds.

Between 2016 and 2026, persons accessed the surveillance feeds of the sovereign empress and stole data or interfered with the person of the Sovereign Empress Emmy.  The sovereign Empress Emmy never gave consent to mapping her body. The sovereign Empress Emmy never consented to being broadcasted for the purpose of entertainment.  The sovereign empress never made pornography from her personal feeds and never collaged her person or photoshopped herself with other people or sold her own person for sex.  The Sovereign Empress Emmy never consented to a Cult from the Church of England to filter their persons on her skin.   Each instance of abuse by the Cult members is a court case. Each instance of persons accessing her data and abusing her life and her finances and her management of monarchy properties is a court case.

The Sovereign Empress Emmy consented to the United States of America Defense Department keeping her alive and keeping her on a surveillance feed for this purpose.   The Sovereign Empress Emmy acknowledges Germany having access to the feed to monitor her safety and Singapore monitoring her through the surveillance feeds as independent monitors from 2018 to the present.  All access that was hurting the body of the Sovereign Empress is a court case.
