Royal Decree | Civil List Dissolved in All Monarchies

 


It is Declared and Ordered today that all Civil Lists of all Monarchies including all the monarchies and States involved with SAM are dissolved.  A new list shall be created by the Sovereign Empress Emmy for all Monarchies after receiving a list in person from the Monarchy.

All persons who were receiving funds from the Monarchy through the civil list are removed and may submit a letter to the Monarchy explaining why they were on the list and why they are important to the Monarchy in 2026.

All persons over 80 have a pension in whatever monarchy they are located, Please visit Children and Families Services.  All Persons who are younger than 80 must visit the Ministry of HR for a job that fits their qualifications until they reach the age 80 or be labeled unable to work.

The taking down of this list is part of the administrative cleanup of the monarchies. It has nothing to do with the quality of the person, the work performed or a demotion.  The dissolution of these lists is to begin the list for the Sovereign Empress Emmy who has not met anyone on the list in ten years.
