| Misuse of My Assets is A CRIME |
It is declared and Orded on April 11, 2026
1. It is a criminal offence for citizens, persons and government employees to misuse Sovereign or Private assets of Emmy Ann Horstkamp with private inventory assets being defined as assets acquired before being publicly the Sovereign. The Sovereign Empress Emmy prosecutes all offenders to the fullest extent of the law and does not accept apologies from the DEAD. Full restitution and financial compensation for their misuse is the requirement by Sovereign law and shall be the requirement of their heirs and any persons with an interest in their remaining assets.
2. The trust funds, bank accounts, and assets of the past royals and aristocrats who are DEAD belong to the sovereign empress. There are NO PLACEHOLDERS for these people and All persons from the governments who took a persona do not get their financial assets, just a name which may not be a name of a deceased royalv or aristocrat.
All persons who look like the past persons, who are DEAD, are required to register their fingerprints at HOME OFFICE and the FBI and all police departments in the area where they reside to avoid being mistakenly arrested for fraud.
3. The houses of the DEAD are to be turned to ruble and left in memorial for five years. Their houses have been taken down. Manor houses are historical and are not the personal property of the DEAD. Those houses are to be documented and kept closed from the public as memorial to the war families that were taken down.
4. The buildings misused in all monarchies by the cult are to be taken down and made into ruble and left in memory for five years of those hurt by the cult. With Images of those murdered on placards on the property. The properties in the Private inventory of the Sovereign which were misused are to be returned to the state they were in before they were attacked by the cult hiding their identities.
5. The assets of all DEAD aristocrats and DEAD royals and DEAD cult members belong to the CROWN including their names and their personas. Prosecution commences against estates of the DEAD who committed crimes against the current royal family and Queen Elizabeth II, Prince Phillip,and the citizens of ESAAM and the citizens of the United States of America, the citizens of Deutschland, the citizens of Bayern, citizens of Spain, citizens of France, Citizens of Mexico, Citizens of Canada-da, citizens of the territories of Norway and Sweden and the citizens of all other Monarchies where the DEAD have assets and have committed offenses.
6. Warrants are active for cult persons impersonating Deacons or other religious persons or charities from the closed church of England. The Church of England, closed in 2019 and considered dissolved as of 2019 has been closed and the assets of the church and charities were to be deposited with Monarchy in which the property is/was located.
7 All hidden titles belonging to others other than Emmy Ann Horstkamp are taken down. All hidden titles of the DEAD royals are dissolved. There are no hidden titles among the commoners. Royal bloodlines exist without attachment to title or to assets, obligation or succession. New titles shall be granted without succession rights or property rights.
8. All inheritences from WWII were distributed after WWII. There were millions of heirs and they received their inheritances. Those that refused their inheritances had their inheritances revert back to the Monarchy in which they resided. Emmy Ann Horstkamp is the only royal that received an inheritance from Philip and Queen Elizabeth. All other royals who are now considered DEAD received their inheritances while alive as gifts from Prince Phillip and Queen Elizabeth. Emmy Ann Horstkamp gifted to all living royals an inheritance gift when she inherited the Sovereign Trust.
THERE ARE NO MORE INHERITANCE GIFTS TO BE DISTRIBUTED to the DEAD or to the Trust Funds of the DEAD.
ALL ASSETS OF THE CROWN OF ENGLAND AND THE UK AND THE USA AND ALL OTHER MONARCHIES BELONG TO EMMY ANN HORSTKAMP AS THE WINNER OF THE MONARCHY WARS WHICH ENDED IN 2025 AND THIS WIN WAS ACKNOWLEDGED BY SWARKOSKI AND THE UNITED STATES DEFENSE DEPARTMENT AND THE QUEEN OF ENGLAND.
It is acknowledged and ordered that any attack on the Sovereign Empress is prosecutable with a life imprisonment term in a regular jail.
It is acknowledged and ordered that All PERSONS who were kept in the tower of London who are now commoners by dissolution of title and rank, are to be transferred to a regular jail and prosecution shall commence immediately. There are no insane persons in the Tower of London. Temporary insanity or COMA by those persons is not considered a defense in ESAAM. Persons waking up from a coma at the end of the attacks shall be tried by the courts as having attacked the Sovereign through collusion with their families and friends.
It is ordered that All PERSONS who are in asylums and nursing homes shall be checked to verify their level of capacity and their health and relocated to their home countries or home states or their homes if relocated by CULT persons between 2016 to 2025.
