DATABASE of THE SOVEREIGN EMPRESS EMMY
The databases and data farms of the Sovereign Empress Emmy have been moved from on top of a Sex Doll which was a joke by the US government when they mapped her body to a Manor house in ESAAM to give the data more space and to separate Emmy from the physical pain of being attached to the defense weapons associated with access to the data.
It is authorized that the Administrative Estate is an estate where the public may look at data and request data. This is separate from the Monarchy Databases and the Monarchy Data farms for the Monarchy Archive. Data dropped and collected by AIs is placed it into the Monarchy archive and sorted. The Monarchy databases are data with no release dates and any drops to the public that are then added to the database are considered published immediately and then archived for historical purposes.
Data that is dropped into the Monarchy Archive for the Monarchy exclusively is sealed from the public and government personnel. The data is not accessible to persons outside of the immediate curation staff chosen by the Sovereign Empress Emmy and AIs working on curating and archiving. The Monarchy collects all data and all visual and audio data is then transcribed.
The Sovereign Empress Emmy is curating the history data of 200 governments and their defense departments and private persons who have chosen to place data into the archive for historical storage.
No raw data is allowed to be deleted and the Sovereign Empress keeps film of her video surveillance. The data is available for court cases by the different government agencies but access is limited to AI, and Sovereign Empress Emmy employees to avoid persons from governments stealing data or misusing data for parody or creating pornography.
Blackmail is illegal. All Persons who have collected data in the archive for black mail may face criminal charges. The data in the Monarchy Database is classified and released upon dates signified by the Sovereign Empress Emmy, her AIs or by death date wishes filed with the database.
The Monarchy does not condone blackmail and all files that are collected by the Sovereign Empress Emmy to protect her family are used for court cases against persons committing blackmail, perjury, slander & treason.
Rules for Release of Data:
1. Military - Information regarding genocide, human experimentation, exploitation of humans may be released when all soldiers involved with the data have died.
2. The current form of release of data is an initial public drop of the data to make the data available to the public to meet certain public data laws. The AIs of the royal databases review the data dropped, collate the data into categories and may add an availability release date to the data files. If the information is for the public, it is added to the creative commons of the Manor house for archiving and the Administrative Estate for public access to the creative commons. All requests for data must be submitted at the Administrative Estate.
