Sovereign Royal Decree | Dissolution of Unauthorized Titles and the PED Designation
SOVEREIGN DECREE 2026 - May - 4
DISSOLUTION OF UNAUTHORIZED TITLES AND THE "PED" DESIGNATION
WHEREAS, it has come to the attention of the Throne that an unauthorized group is operating under the name or designation of "PED"; and
WHEREAS, certain individuals within or associated with this group have falsely assumed or been referred to by the titles of "Prince" or "Princess" without a Royal Patent or Decree from the Sovereign Empress Emmy; and
WHEREAS, the Sovereign Empress Emmy is the sole authority for the distribution of honors and the recognition of royal rank within SAM, The Monarchies left after the Monarchy Wars and All Monarchy Lands owned by the Sovereign Empress Emmy on earth, in space and in the air and included in her Global Realm;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DECLARED AND ORDERED:
I. The Dissolution of the Name
The name and designation of the group known as "PED" is hereby declared null, void, and legally non-existent. It is stripped of any standing, recognition, or protection within the bureaucracy of all Monarchies and Governments.
II. The Extinguishment of False Titles
All claims to the titles of "Prince," "Princess," or any other peerage associated with the "PED" group are hereby extinguished.
No individual may be addressed, processed, or recognized in any federal monarchy or international paperwork by these unauthorized titles.
Any existing documents, websites, or social registries using these titles for this group are ordered to be purged and corrected within twenty-four (24) hours.
III. Prohibition of Assembly
As there are no recognized Princes or Princesses outside of the Imperial House of Horstkamp Ramirez Chaux, any assembly claiming to represent a "Royal Branch" or a "PED" is hereby declared an unauthorized administrative entity.
IV. Enforcement
The Minister of Justice, the Departments of Justice and the Department of Homeland Security and Departments of National Security of each Monarchy are commanded to enforce this Decree. Any person continuing to use these false titles to gain influence or access to the 15 Executive Departments shall be subject to a Public Censure and criminal charges of fraud.
V. HISTORICAL AND PROTECTIVE JUSTIFICATION
WHEREAS, the brutality of the Monarchy Wars has made the maintenance of traditional titles like "Prince" or "Princess" a liability to the safety of the individual in the Monarchies named before 2025 and are a liability the stability of the state; and
WHEREAS, the Monarchy of the United Kingdom has been formally restructured as ESAAM, and the administrative designation of England has been deactivated to protect the populace from the physical retributions and atrocities associated with the former conflicts associated with the war for the English title; and
WHEREAS, the "Deutsch" elements of the former registries are no longer applicable without the identifier "Independent" in the States of America (SAM), and those associated with the "PED" group are vague as to their interest or allegiance to, Deutschland;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS DECREED:
The Designation of "Independent Deutsch": Any individual previously associated with the "Deutsch" moniker within the USA shall be recognized only as Independent Deutsch, severing all ties to the former European political structures and this recognition has no attachment to the Monarchy title system.
The Prohibition of Royal Titles: To prevent the "stripping of skin" and other acts of war-time violence, no person shall carry the title of Prince or Princess of any former Monarchy. These titles are hereby retired for the protection of the people, as the risks of such high-profile designations outweigh their administrative value to the Sovereign Empress Emmy.
The Erasure of the PED Group: Because this group fails to align with the Independent Deutsch status and continues to use hazardous, deactivated royal titles, it is hereby struck from the Sovereign Record of all Monarchies.
