Decree of May 28, 2026 | Decree Regarding 2019 Data Drop into the Public and Identities of Persons assigned by the Monarchies of SAM and ESAAM formerly Britain
It is hereby declared that the identities that have been cleared by the government from 2019 to the present are in the ownership of the person who was placed in that identity by a government agency in a relocation program. The persons relocated have no access to their former assets or identity.
The assignment of new identities is a tradition of governments. The identities stolen from the Sovereign Empress Emmy in 2019 are not included in the ownership of identities and no person may replace a person who was a royal or an aristocrat. Those persons who died in 2019 died out of sadness and their placeholders were retired as intelligence officers. Anyone claiming line of succession to those persons is an actor and may request a new name to avoid confusion.
The Sovereign Empress Emmy declares all persons who are living a current life in 2025 to have ownership in their life as long as it is not a stolen life or a life that is forbidden such as the lives of the aristocracy/royals that were below the Sovereign Empress Emmy in Title in 2019 to 2025.
The current titled persons in the Monarchy are Emmy Ann Horstkamp, Sovereign Empress Emmy and Barristor David Volk, Esq., whose title is associated with his work as an attorney. All other persons who may be qualified for a title are given notice that no other titles have been granted outside of the two above as of May 28, 2026.
All kings, Archedukes, Duke and prince titles have been dissolved due to the Monarchy Wars and assassinations associated with those titles, the last documented assassination over title having occurred in 2025 between to equal titled princes fighting for a kingdom title where there are currently still 400,000 royal bloodlines.
All Monarchy family members are reminded that the war ended in peace in 2025. All Monarchy members were requested to move to Los Angeles and to work in the United States as commoners until the end of the War. Now that the war is over, they may relocate to any location they wish as commoners. Please let the Monarchy know where you are located.
For all persons in all monarchies walking around in some form of disguise to cover data that is their or that they have been requested to cover. This activity is done on your own personal time and is a form of cosplay which you may incorporate into your own life as long as you give notice to those around you that you are in Cosplay or in a skit. The monarchy does not support skits or cosplay financially so those covering their sex lives or their personal collection of information are doing so at their own expense. The information of the Monarchy has been covered by employees through their regular work hours at their jobs and is included in the classified archive of the Monarchy.
All persons wanting to cover their data may ask AI to cover their data before it entered the classified database. They are not required to be involved in Cosplay activity in any location in the Monarchies or to pay to have their data covered. The sovereign Empress Emmy has requested you to stop acting in skits around the city or in her vicinity during work hours and to stop interfering the the lives of individuals seeking to live a healthy life within their data sets which they cover using AI.
Because of the number of cameras in our society, it is impossible to live without a data footprint but persons are not required to act silly or be blackmailed by their personal data. If you are being blackmailed by your past, please contact the FBI or State Police of your Monarchy as blackmail is illegal.
For Past Monarchy subjects in different countries, there is no need to dress in any location in the opposite gender. No placeholders are permitted for any royal family members and no persons dressed as a female inherit because of their wardrobe choices. If you are a transvestite, your passports may hold both photos to avoid confusion.
Dressing or impersonating a royal family member without their direct consent is a fraud crime and will be prosecuted by the FBI for the Monarchy in SAM and in other Jurisdictions by the Defense departments in defense of their countries and the Sovereign Empress Emmy.
