 January 1, 2026 To the People of the Monarchies, gathered in towns and cities in the valleys and on the mountain tops;  Across the plains and the meadows and the forests and the beaches, I greet you today, the first day of 2026!   As your Sovereign Empress Emmy Queen Ann of England & Spain, I address you as guardian of our shared destiny and steward of our enduring peace. Today, as a gift to each nations, I have created a national digital lake park, which is open to all citizens of those monarchies and is located in the boundaries of the physical nations in which you reside.   The first national lake park is Lake Tahoe, created in the United States.   The lake parks are for the people and are protected by park rangers who are employees of the nation and the monarchy in which the park resides.  the parks are digital but all visitors must register like with the public library.
