Removal of Trustee and Trusts in ESAAM Controlling Sovereign Empress Assets outside the Sovereign Trust Fund.
It is declared and ordered that all Trustees of the Sovereign Trust Fund are removed and Emmy Ann Horstkamp is once again the only trustee. The person who removed her has committed fraud and is charged with fraud and obstructing the sovereign Empress Emmy and hurting her daughter Anna Chaux. The only assets allowed in the Sovereign Trust Fund are those owned by Emmy Ann Horstkamp as Sovereign Empress Emmy and she requests the Treasury to move assets into the Sovereign Trust Fund that she owns and inherited from Queen Elizabeth II to the amount deemed acceptable by her Treasury E. All Trustees of trust funds funded with assets from Emmy Ann Horstkamp or the Sovereign Empress Emmy or other trusts she inherited with her Titles or that were created for her benefit are removed for clarification of their roles in the torture of her person and obstruction of her finances.
